Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping

Our delivery times are as follows:

  • 10 to 16 days for the EU
  • 3 to 5 days for Switzerland
  • 20 days for the rest of the world

Please note: Import taxes may apply upon receipt of the package for orders outside Switzerland. These consist of local VAT + customs fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Return period

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

Any item that does not meet the following conditions cannot be accepted:

  • Items have been worn, washed or show signs of use..
  • Items have been altered or personalized.
  • Items have strong odors such as perfume, smoke or body odor.
  • Items are returned without their original packaging, accessories or any gifts included with the purchase.
  • Items are returned after the stated return period.
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
  • Returned items do not match the original order associated with the return request.
  • Items have been damaged due to misuse, negligence or improper care.

3. Returns & exchanges in Switzerland 🇨🇭

Our returns and exchanges are free in Switzerland.

How to proceed:

  1. Send an email to info@kamak.store including: your order number, the item concerned, return or exchange (and the new size if exchanging)
  2. We will send you a prepaid return label.
  3. Drop off your package at a postal point.

Once the package has been received and checked, we will:

  • Send out the new item (exchange)
  • Or issue a refund via the original payment method

4. Returns & exchanges – International 🌍

For orders outside Switzerland:

  • Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Any customs fees also remain the customer's responsibility.

How to proceed:

  1. Send an email to info@kamak.store with:
  • Your order number
  • The item concerned
  • Return or exchange
  1. We will send you the return address.
  2. Ship the package with the carrier of your choice.
  3. Email us the tracking number at info@kamak.store

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days after the return has been received and approved.

The amount is automatically credited back to the original payment method.
