These general terms and conditions of sale of Kamak SA as a seller and of yourself as a customer apply to all orders placed in the Kamak online store (www.kamak.store) as well as to purchases for which Kamak SA declares that these general terms and conditions of sale are applicable.

Scope of application
The General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Kamak SA in the online shop (www.kamak.store) and take effect upon conclusion of a contract. Deliveries, services and offers by Kamak SA are carried out exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions, even if they are not expressly agreed again. By sending an order to Kamak SA, you confirm that you have read these General Terms and Conditions and expressly declare your agreement with them.

Completion of a contract
All information regarding goods and prices within the ordering process is subject to change and is not binding. Customers receive a non-binding order confirmation from the seller. Kamak SA may cancel its offer without further notice before notification of dispatch, whereby the contract with the seller is concluded. By placing your order, you confirm that you are clear about the scope and content of your order. Any questions regarding this can therefore be clarified with us in advance.

Delivery
Delivery of goods is generally carried out by post or courier. Delivery times are mentioned in delivery and returns. These details are without guarantee.
If the sender does not correctly indicate the address or an address where the carrier cannot find the person, the return costs charged by the carrier are then the responsibility of the buyer. Once the goods have been handed over to the carrier, all liability of Kamak SA is cancelled. Thus, Kamak SA does not bear the risk of transport and cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of the goods once they have been handed over to the carrier.

If, exceptionally, an item from the range is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail. In principle, Kamak SA reserves the right to make a partial delivery, insofar as this appears useful for efficient processing of the entire delivery. Of course, in such cases, no additional shipping costs will be charged for the subsequent delivery. Furthermore, Kamak SA reserves the right to demand 100% advance payment for deliveries abroad.

Price
All prices on www.kamak.store do not include the statutory VAT in Switzerland (currently 7.7%) and do not include shipping costs. Kamak SA is not required to be subject to VAT. The actual shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart before the order is finalized. Kamak SA expressly reserves the right to adjust the prices indicated online at any time, without prior notice and without further explanation. The time of the order on the website is decisive for the calculation of prices.

Shipping costs
Are calculated on the basis of current Post Office prices on:

And on top of all the costs incurred for packaging.

Payment Terms
The following payment options are available to you:
Purchase by advance bank transfer, Paypal, credit card.

In case of advance payment by bank transfer, the payment period is generally 7 days. In case of non-receipt of payment within this period, Kamak SA reserves the right to cancel the order and put the goods back on sale. Any transfer costs are your responsibility.

Return Guarantee
Every buyer has the right to return the items received to Kamak within 30 days. In case of return, the items must be returned in a hygienic condition, otherwise the right of return is void. For returns, the shipping costs incurred are charged to Kamak SA. The return costs are borne by Kamak SA only for Swiss and EU customers. By accepting the general terms and conditions, you also automatically accept our return policy.

Minor deviations from the model
It happens that the design of some articles is slightly modified. Naturally, Kamak SA cannot assume any responsibility for such modifications made by manufacturers and suppliers.

Maintenance/handling
Kamak SA declines all responsibility for errors committed by the customer in the maintenance and/or handling of the items delivered.

Data protection
Kamak SA undertakes to handle your customer data with care and to comply with the provisions of the legislation in force regarding data protection. In particular, no data will be transmitted to third parties. However, we decline all responsibility for the security of data transmitted via the Internet.

Marketing
Kamak SA reserves the right to reuse the email address and telephone number provided when ordering for its own marketing purposes (newsletter and others). You can object to this practice by sending a personal email to ingo@kamak.store.

Product Reviews
Kamak SA sends automated emails after purchase, which ask customers to evaluate the purchased products. Kamak SA reserves the right to use these and all other evaluations (without request by email) for marketing purposes.

Vouchers
Personal vouchers, which have been created only for a specific person or group, cannot be transferred and can only be used by persons authorized by Kamak SA. Kamak SA reserves the right to cancel any unauthorized order without comment. Only one discount code can be used per order.

Responsibility in general
It is hereby expressly pointed out that no liability claims for direct and indirect damages, including consequential damages, may be asserted by the customer against Kamak SA, insofar as there is no intentional fault or gross negligence on the part of Kamak SA for the damage suffered. For example, damages resulting from accidents, falls, etc., which occur when handling Kamak products (bags, etc.), are your own responsibility.

Modification of the T&Cs
Kamak SA expressly reserves the right to unilaterally modify these T&Cs at any time without notice.
