Deliveries and returns
We deliver everywhere. For delivery costs and times, you will find all the information here
We accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. We will cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, including accessories (sports veil, socks, etc.).
We only cover the shipping costs for a return/exchange. If you decide to make a return or refund after having already made an exchange, the shipping costs will be at your expense.
Simply send an email to info@kamak.store with your order number and indicate that you wish to return or exchange your items. You will then receive the return terms and conditions.
After receiving the product, it will take 10 days.
Please send us an email to info@kamak.store with your order number and photos of the defective items. We will proceed with a free exchange or refund, subject to stock availability.
We are not responsible for any loss or theft that may occur during delivery. In these cases, we cannot refund or return the items. You have the option of sending with signature if you want to be sure to receive your package. In the event that the post office has not respected the delivery conditions and your package cannot be found, the dispute must be settled with the carrier.
We have a 30-day guarantee. If you notice any damage to your garment, despite following the care instructions within 30 days, please send us a photo and a description of the problem to info@kamak.store . We will follow up on your request electronically.
Account, order and payment
You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been authorized.
Once your payment has been authorized, we will send you an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Our site uses the latest technologies in terms of payment security, so there is nothing to worry about. You can also choose to pay by credit card, bank transfer, or Paypal.
We accept all common payment methods – credit cards, debit cards, Paypal and bank transfer.
You can enter your promo code when entering your bank details during the transaction.
No. We are not required to be subject to VAT.
It is not necessary to open an account to order.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, you have 24 hours to do so by sending an email to info@kamak.store with the order number.
If you wish to add an item to an order made within 24 hours, you can send an email to info@kamak.store , with the number of your first order, and the details of the item you wish to add to your cart.

The materials chosen are resistant to washing and anti-peeling, guaranteeing optimal wear for several years.
Kamak clothing is produced in Europe, in different factories. A tracking system per item will be set up in the future to know the origin of the manufacturing and raw materials of the product. In the meantime, if you want to know more about the traceability of your products, you can write to us directly at info@kamak.store and we will be happy to answer.
